The spacial SCENOFEST exhibition "A Lear for Our Times" issued challenge: How couldthis epic play be staged today that would make it truly a play for our times.
This is from the opera of KING LEAR to capturing the element from the past of real history. And mixing with digital media to represent a new scenario about LEAR.
A tile system use sensor-network to connect, communicate and compute with other tiles. This prototype shows the possible to sense the presure, and send the message to the other one and re-send the message back.
LED patterns follows the movement from people in space.
This project was done in a real architecture space in NCTU, Taiwan.
