Floater was a featured artist on the CD-ROM/music magazine Launch in 2000. Two videos were recorded at that time and put out on Launch #46, a CD-ROM mailed to subscribers. The videos are high-quality and very cool!
Originally released on Floater's official site (then www.floater.net), this video is from 1999 and contains footage from four different venues -- the Press Club in Sacramento, Club Cocodrie in San Francisco, the Brickworks in Chico, and the Crystal Ballroom in Portland.

The song is YHWH from Scorched Earth
This band was a victim of the collapse of Noise Records in the late 80's. Which unfortunately is why you probably haven't heard of these guys until now. Brilliant musicians from Germany playing the power metal style prominent of that era. Helloween, Gamma Ray, Metal Church, Scanner, Rage, Judas Priest, would all be good comparisions.
